We will begin with Mulabandha or root lock, awakening the Muladhara or base chakra. We will then explore standing poses to ground the legs, connect with earth, and provide a stable base. The heart will then be opened with back bends, allowing the Anahatha center to blossom. You will leave this workshop feeling more grounded, present, and open-hearted. All levels are welcome to this safe, nonjudgmental environment.
